Legs and Leather
So it's been a while, and I cannot believe the long hiatus I have taken from this blog! Like any other university student out there, I have been swamped with work from all corners, but with a HUGE shopping haul and a ton of new clothes and shoes, I am ready to publish more fashion-related posts as of today!
My mummy flew over to Hong Kong this weekend and we spent a wonderful belated birthday celebration for her at The Tea Room in Central. Of course, I HAD to don my Prada babies (which in my opinion are severely underused) and my brand new asymmetrical dress (which I ALSO bought in a salmon pink color), coupled with a leather and jersey jacket combination. Hong Kong is chilly at the moment, but not cold enough to prevent me from showing off some leg, which I love!
At this very moment, not only am I obsessed with leather and legs, high tea and high heels; I am all for delicate rings (all of my rings are ordered from Etsy.com, a perfect online community to find vintage, handmade trinkets) and turquoise nail polish (hence the new nail color)!
Till the next time,
S.
P.S The first photograph is testament to the fact that although I do love the camera, I still have my moments of utter embarrassment when people across the road are staring at me pose~

Mod Cloth
Channeling vintage glamour and retro reproduction, my lovely friend Rachel agreed to let me photograph her during a cozy little brunch at Wild Honey back in Singapore. The dress itself was meant for a drama production she had performed in before, but was also perfect for a Sunday brunch out. Her new bob coupled with the floral and fruit theme from head-to-toe practically screams Katy Perry-ness!
Major love.

The 10 Dollar Dress
To the behest of my mummy-photographer-for-the-day, I have finally uploaded some shots taken in Malacca during New Year's Eve. This gorgeous silk dress was purchased from a little boutique down in Chinatown for 10 dollars and has been my go-to beach dress ever since. Traditionally, I would have worn a bikini underneath, but since we hit the iconic Red House vicinity for a little sight-seeing, a tube top would suffice for the day. Shooting in a maxi dress must not be common in Malaysia because this dress literally stopped traffic. 10 dollars well-spent I reckon. ;)

Girl on Fire
Finally! My first ever guest star! Expect more faces and fabulous places to be posted on this site as I showcase my friends (girls and guys included) and their amazing fashion styles! The photos were taken in Singapore during my Winter vacation there and it's safe to say that this trip was an amazing one filled with tons of promising potential ♥ Who says Summer fashion can't be glamorous and chic?

Little Things
This is probably gonna be one of the most unFashion-related posts because I just wanted to take some time to appreciate the beauty of the little things in life. This song has been on my playlist on repeat, because it is truly beautiful and really makes me reflect on the beauty of people, of clothes, of fashion, of little things. The tiniest detail on a piece of clothing or accessory can truly make an outfit stand out. I've compiled a list of my current fashion inspirations for you so watch out for this space, Sabulous has more outfits up her sleeve!
Have a wonderful day~
